If I keep the game quality settings very low which removes the scenery when zooming out, the lag goes away but there are still annoying lines that come and go when moving up and down.

The newest update makes the fullscreen gameplay lag as if I had a cheap mac with a cheap processor and little ram. With the new update, everything changed in an instant. My mac has a good processor and 16GB of ram. I used to play this game all the time and build parks. This used to be my favorite app on my 27” iMac.
